Filipino classical guitarist Iqui Vinculado made history in 2013 as the first female graduate in Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music. A versatile performer and ensemble musician, she is a member of the PIMA Guitar Quartet and Kuwerdas Filipinas Symphonic Rondalla, and was a founding member of the award-winning all-female trio Triple Fret.

With Triple Fret, Vinculado won first prize at the 2014 Tárrega International Guitar Festival in Malaysia and the 27th Japan Guitar Ensemble Festival in 2015. Her performances have brought her to prestigious stages including the Goldenberg Concert Series at the Presidential Palace, and she has collaborated with the Manila Symphony Orchestra. She currently serves on the faculty at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde and is an ambassador for La Bella Strings.

Her recording of Philippine Treasures, Vol. 4 for VGo Recordings continues the label's celebrated series dedicated to the classical guitar music of the Philippines, adding her distinctive voice to a collection that spans four volumes and three generations of Filipino guitarists.
