These terms govern your use of vgorecordings.com and any digital recordings you purchase from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Catalog & Use

All recordings in our catalog are copyrighted works owned by VGo Recordings and our artists. When you purchase a FLAC download, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the recording for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, sync to video, or upload our recordings to streaming services or file-sharing platforms.

Purchases & Downloads

• Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• After purchase, you can re-download your files from your account at any time. Download links are tied to your account and not shareable.
• If a download fails or is corrupted, contact us and we will re-issue it.

Refunds

Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you received the wrong file, write to info@vgorecordings.com within 14 days and we will work it out.

Accounts

An account is created automatically the first time you purchase a download. The email address you use at checkout becomes your sign-in identifier. There is no password — instead, when you visit /account and enter your email, we send a one-time sign-in link valid for 30 minutes. Clicking the link signs you in for that browser session.

Keep your email account secure: anyone with access to your inbox can request a sign-in link and access your downloads. If you suspect unauthorized access, email info@vgorecordings.com immediately and we can invalidate active sessions.

We may suspend or delete accounts engaged in fraudulent download activity, chargebacks, or unauthorized redistribution. To request deletion of your own account, email us from the address on file. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Acceptable Use

Don't probe, scrape, scan, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the site's security or download protections. Don't impersonate others or use the contact form to send unsolicited material.

Disclaimer

The site and recordings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGo Recordings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or recordings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
